Technically there isn't a delay, three months are allowed from the end of the half year for results to be announced. This gives until the end of September. There is no actual requirement to produce quarterly sales figures

So the senior management team bares no resemblance to what it did even twelve months ago

Well actually it's a totally different BOD now, one of which has recently taken shares in lieu of salary at a significant premium to the current sp.

MMs are playing the same games as yesterday, with sp falling as a sea of buys come in, so the sp for now seems to be a lottery.

If the BOD are to deliver then an EGM will need to be organised in the not very distant future

I posted a couple of months ago that I thought they were trying to distance the Q2 results from the abysmal placing price. It's the first time sales results haven't appeared at the quarter end date.

There is a kernel of truth in what Smalley says for once in that they have provided results to the end of April already. I think they will wrap the Q2 sales in with the half year results, which they have until the end of September to produce.

I'm guessing they will want to give one, hopefully good message, so that they can offload some shares. As far as I'm aware they are still taking payment in shares.

They are obviously avoiding shareholder contact at the moment hence the abysmal AGM with no dial in
