Here's the RNS content for PLT acquisition. It gives no breakdown between the two recipients. So the only assumption that can be made is that it was split equally

Take your gmv figure for Debenhams. That was actually from their 2018 accounts, before the debt mountain forced them into admin.

And yes the kamanis have extracted over 500 million since ipo including the ipo, 170 million was straight out of the boohoo cash till for plt.
