I never said the deal couldn't complete AHS. I said the deal couldn't complete under the original agreed transaction structure, which included Lewandowski keeping 40% of the business.

He obviously can't do this unless he gets back all the shares from the four new shareholders, who clearly aren't management of the business.

Now, just a few hours ago, you claimed the four new shareholders were Easysend management and their shares could be passed on to GST to enable the original terms of the transaction.
