The ratio is calculated at 200:1. So you will hold 1/200th of the shares you hold today when the consolidation happens. The shares will have a much lower nominal value, which will enable GWMO to continue to raise funds.

In reality, nominal value doesn't mean anything.

2. additional shares. the prospectus talks about additional shares being created, which smacks of an imminent fund raise
