So your gripe is the placing. The RNS didn't say there would definitely be a placing. It definitely didn't say an acquisition would land within 6 or 7 weeks. In point of fact they usually take atleast a couple of months.

The BoD aren't telling us on a weekly basis what they are doing, so you assume they are doing nothing? I'd assume they are doing exactly what they have been doing for the past few years, building a business.

As I've said before, go and read the strategy docs and the annual reports if you can't see what they are up to. It's not their job to handhold investors. It's their job to grow the business and then the sp should follow.

Integration is a fairly simple concept. It means GS20 and Bake linking up to provide one customer experience. Both sites are still working so there is no issue on a day to day basis.
