Interesting Hexam, what else do you think they should be doing

Diversify into holidays or something?

Your view of what is credible is different to mine Hexam.

I will only believe it is credible when we start to see some actual results.

The tangibles so far have all been on the finance reduction side. So capital raise, asset sale and staff right sizing.

By themselves they won't change the trajectory.

What we need to know is

1. Does investing in only 5 brands give sufficient marketing spend to grow share and revenue profitably

2. Will market places significantly grow share of wallet and new customer acquisition

3. Can they generate sufficient wholesale partnerships to replace direct sales in overseas markets.

4. Can they differentiate sufficiently from Shein et al to improve share and margin.

These are obviously the core components of the growth plan. They are all relatively new, so unproven. Therefore to me it isn't yet credible. Only first sight of trend will establish credibility

Come on HCB, nobody is bigging the management up. I'm simply pointing out what is actually happening in the real world.

There is clearly a plan we don't know if it is credible yet.

It's strange how somebody asks for more information when they clearly don't read or understand what has already been communicated

Have you seen the latest capex figures, they are tiny. How on earth do you go down bricks and mortar without increasing capex?!

They are already focussing on market place and capital light on all the brands other than PLT

They have already changed strategy in the US and India.

It's clear you have never ran a business

Why not look at what has been achieved under Finlay southcoast, rather than fixating on a highly manipulated share price.

Unless ofcourse you are leverage trading, which I suspect is the case

One thing market makers should have learned by now is that continuing a down trend on no news destroys volume, it doesn't create it
