404, at the time the revb founders were prohibited from voting. I think that is still the case but not absolutely certain. I personally don't think it would cost BOO more than £15m to get total control plus taking on the debt.

Rabia has always ran the family trust and she is declared with a relatively small shareholding. So that's probably where Mahmud's shares have always been.
