Shein has always talked about GMV first not revenue.

I think there are a couple of points to consider.

How much of the growth in GMV on Debenhams hidden by declining revenue on labels. Labels haven't been supported with marketing for the best part of 18 months now I think, so they will hit a natural run rate at some point.

How much will youth brands be impacted by Shein and temu increasing focus on UK and how much will they be impacted by higher costs elsewhere. How much more of the low value switcher market is there for Shein and Temu to go for. With increased marketing focus the youth brands should also hit a floor sales level and Shein et al will hit a ceiling. It depends how close to that point we are now.

When did Boo have credit refused. An Italian Bank didn't extend it's agreed term. Could have been for lots of reasons. That is hardly the same thing, but let's stay to your core hypothesis.

1. Revb could extend it's credit easier than Boo despite it's debt being more than twice the size relative to revenue

2. Revb couldn't go private because it is quite big, despite a company nearly four times it's size going private last year.

3. Boo couldn't stop a sale of revb to anybody else when it controls nearly half the shares that are able to vote.

Whats funny southcoast is your deflection. Revb had a 26% decline in revenue last year and has guided for a significant fall in the first quarter of this FY, yet you imply that it will finish this year with the same revenue of £140m. What will drive an increase there that is impossible here?

You seem to imply also that revb can't go private because it is a big business. Superdry was four times it's size.....

If anybody is to buy revb it will likely be BOO or PE. My money would be on BOO. It makes sense as a horizontal market extension.

They won't be a £140m revenue company this year. Superdry was a far bigger company and still delisted so your argument is spurious.

I believe Allsworth and Minto are still unable to vote. If this is the case, it would be impossible for anybody other than Boo to get a majority vote to purchase the business

I don't see anybody making an offer of more than 15p for revb at the most, when the current debt is taken into account.

I'm not sure BOO would sell for that kind of price.

Revb rcf is more than a quarter of likely revenue this year. BOO rcf is less than half this, so why would revb be easier to refinance?

So our 30.m share stake in ERW is now worth nearly £1.15m.

On good results from the drilling i can see that doubling. So nearly a third of our current market cap.

We are now well funded for a good while, which isn't represented in our sp.

More has been achieved on EH in the past few months than UFO would have done in a couple of years.

So we might not have got the best side of the deal, and as usual the slimy one will benefit more than anyone, but the deal we have has helped put us in a far better position than is represented in the sp

Let's not forget that Our pricing is complicated by Hainan effectively transfer pricing. So if they pay 650, they are effectively paying far less than that as they also receive more than a third back as revenue

So I'd expect our actual price would still be over 700

There is ofcourse a third option Hexam, which is that they expect to be cash flow neutral or better this year

There has been no news recently. Apart from the exec chairman buying £40k. Which for most businesses MMs would give a boost, we are now lower than pre-purchase. Not to mention more than 30% below the placing price for no apparent reason.

Apparently it's the sp that puts off buyers, nothing to do with a spread that becomes bigger than Kat's ego every time there is a bit of momentum.
