Yes as I said earlier Hexam, the results can come at any point in the six months from the year end.

I wonder if anyone here was complaining about results being delayed back in 2021 when they moved from April to May.

Long before my time but maybe someone like southcoast or spideystreet could confirm as they seem to see themselves as some form of oracle.

I think the directors are still receiving payment in shares so they must retain some confidence.

Market cap only just over a million, so potentially a high return if they make a profit and new shares aren't excessive

The results are already largely known, unlike current trading. So historic results alone are unlikely to be a reason for results being published later than usual within the window.

Far more likely that results and news are being lined up together imo

My definition of delayed is something that is outside of its defined timeline. So if i order something online with a next day delivery and it doesn't arrive the following day, then i would say it is delayed.

Boo has actually given a date for results formally so there is nothing to communicate. They are still well within the results window, so all this talk about results being delayed is nonsense. They are later than normal but not delayed.

Returns and early stage refinancing discussions aren't market sensitive information in themselves

Revb are in a formal sale process so Frasers interest is definitely market sensitive
