So Kat a few basic errors in what you post.

Firstly consideration shares are nothing to do with cash.

Secondly, the 4.2m dollars was the cash position at the end of March, so before the latest placing.

Thirdly, there have been atleast 6m dollars of operating expenses in the period you talk about. And that doesn't include the acquisition costs.

So, as posted previously, your statement is totally incorrect

Massive you aren't quite right when you say GST can rise as fast as it falls.

It can rise far faster than that

Kat atleast go and do a bit of simple maths before posting such rubbish.

Look at how much GST spends per year, look at the amount of placings Vs acquisitions and integration and you should realise that it is simply impossible for most of the cash in the bank to be from placings
