I never said Debs was being prepped to be sold. I said it would make sense for it to be partially spun off. Maybe that is why the previous owners are interested again, who knows

I never said market places were part of the strategic review. They are part of the plan, note I've never said it is credible.

1. Finley has done more for the business in his first year than Lyttle did in five

2. The plan is plain to see but we don't have a clue yet if it is delivering

3. Finley understands online but has a lot to learn as a CEO, primarily as far as I can around stakeholder engagement

4. The Comms are disgustingly bad and are giving the shorts, professional and amateur, the opportunity to destroy the sp.

5. If they don't produce something strongly positive with the results, then I won't be voting for the BoD to be re-elected. Because, if they just produce a bad set of results then the strategic review and results should have been out months ago.

That, southcoast, is my consistent position.

If I posted as you did I would have sold up and reinvested elsewhere

The 36m contract will have been multi year and it has already been confirmed that the vast majority of it was for hardware.

Hardware will have been charged at cost or with a slight margin for Semnet, it won't have been included at Semnet expense.

The plan has been obvious for months, we need to see if it is delivering.

The capital markets day is dependent on the business review which is supposedly being produced with the annual results.
