It may well be that the original RNS could have been better worded, but if that is the case then Bernard has corrected it by stating that an invoice has been issued. If you have ran businesses all your life, then you will know that this is the correct legal process to follow.

What I have stated quite clearly is that there is no delivery schedule in place and therefore no need for further specific RNS to confirm receipt of monies.

What you refer to as a schedule doesn't meet my definition, but each to their own. Equally with your take out of the OTA summary RNS

Personally I'm comfortable with the Comms we have had. We know the quantum of the first payment and we know it will be made.

Bernard has already said they are moving to quarterly updates which is the right level of granularity imo

A schedule is a series of published defined times and dates with associated activities.

So my work schedule, when I'm in a contract for example, will have a series of meeting with defined timings and objectives, reports and updates I need to produce and by when.

To put that in a Kodal context, if a definitive series monthly shipping amounts and dates, with associated payment terms, had been produced, then I would say we had a schedule that needed to be reported against.

Only things that are sp affecting require immediate RNS.

Given we have already been told what the price is, the only way any form of RNS would be required would be if Hainan massively disagreed on the volume/grade or didn't pay at all.

Personally I can't see either of those things happening
