Funnily enough I was also thinking this morning that Bernard may be indicating that the floor price will be 930, although it wouldn't be a particularly Bernard like thing to do.

I do think the floor price will be substantial because kod and the government both know that Hainan profit from not only spod profit but also the downstream conversion into Li.

So Hainan can wear a floor price that is substantially above spot and still make a good profit
