Whereas the body text specifically states payment to LMLB

The wording in the summary could have been better but it is totally clear payment was to LMLB

Something else I've noticed that's dodgy, it was LMLB that invoiced Hainan for the $24m but todays rns states "Payment from the Project's offtake partner, Hainan, for the sum of $21.3 million has been received by KMUK". Any explanations being offered coz this is starting to stink?

Badomen I've said all along that I believe that the loan was an amicable agreement between kod and Hainan to settle the tax debate, not necessarily because KMUK was short of money

George I contacted Kod via X this morning. To ask them to explain the discrepancy

Badomen we don't know how much cash currently sits in LMLB. From the 2024 accounts, I believe KMUK has transferred more than 65m dollars.

So it is feasible that the entire first payment was passed on to KMUK.

What is 100% correct is that Bloggs was scaremongering as LMLB wasn't cut out of the loop and payment from Hainan didn't go to KMUK directly as he stated, even after I had copied the body text

It went to Lmlb first. See the text from the body of the RNS below. I guess you didn't read that bit. It has been stated numerous times that repayment of the loan to KMUK has first priority
