It’d be interesting to see what they say about their expectations for this year and the one after. With no broker forecasts and the companies poor investor communications, trying to estimate prospect eps, profit etc is a bit like ‘pin the tail on the donkey’.

What behind the rise here?

The buybacks?

Market makers?

A question to well informed TGA investors- the consensus eps for 2025 is showing a 50% drop (possibly already priced in) down to 1213 ZAR, then, a 74% rise for 2026.

These are considerable earnings swings - does anyone know why?

Perhaps yesterdays announcement has been digested and we’re now staring to see the result.

We’re missing out on the ‘tariff’ rally whilst being suspended. Bit of a shame.

What are we thinking for this years figures? 25p EPS? Will these directors pay award a decent divi and provide info on how the 2023 windfall investments are doing?…

… I agree Nick, this looks cheap, particularly when looking at the figures for MPE and AEP but have you seen the past EPS figures? 2020 16.5p, then up to 58p the year after, then back down to 16.7p for 2023, then back up to the 50’s again…

In recent years management don’t appear to have been able to get any consistency.

Just started to take a serious look at this company - fundamentals look good. A question for you seasoned PTAL investors - do the management team have much ‘skin in the game’? I can’t see much in the way of director buying in the last 4/5 years but I stand corrected. Thanks in advance.
