I work in a very similar business model, and I must say, people buy from people. The housing market excuse about interest rates doesn’t make sense anymore. If the firm I work for is booming, then there’s no excuse for the housing market either , we’re all in the same boat. Poor management is the only reason for the company’s struggles, nothing else.
