I’ve just listened to the presentation. In my view, Greg is trying to save his arse over the South Division error. I wouldn’t be surprised if they shock the market again at the full-year results with more hidden rubbish. Let’s see what Taylor Wimpey says tomorrow.Not convinced.

To add to my message, we received a strong update from Persimmon, but a very different view of the market from Vistry. I believe Taylor Wimpey’s results are out tomorrow, so let’s see what they say.

If they also report positive news, then Vistry’s CEO should be replaced. This situation is not good for the company.

I haven’t listened to the call yet, but I’ll do so tonight if I can find the recording.

The CEO isn’t fit for this business. If, as you’re saying, there was good news but it wasn’t included in the business update, that tells me he doesn’t know how to plan ahead. Holding back news for “bad days,” when the share price is already on the ground and investors are losing confidence, is poor leadership.

That said, he shouldn’t be sacked solely for this reason.

Brokers update should be around £5 max now .

Ocado has been going downhill for the last five years. How on earth was the company making such good money before the pandemic and even had more business during the pandemic, yet in the last five years it hasn’t been able to get its act together? And you’re buying more of this crap???
