Remaining conversion, with some conversion prices. I don't think there will be 4bn new shares created as this would need a conversion price of 0.14p which equates to 10 day VWAP of 0.19p and a mcap of £14bn.

Assuming / ignoring CLN conversions. Assuming 10-11bn shares in circulation what do people think the share price may achieve in the medium term?

Personally I think we are likely to see 0.5p this year and possibly 0.63p given no negative RNS (excluding conversions). I'm looking to exit asap, but know that this may need to wait till next year. 0.63p is my break even 🥲

I was wondering if the ESP could reduce the local pressure in a region where it is pumped to such an extent that free gas is liberated? I have seen helium ones video on X of a bottle of the water bubbling at the surface, if the pressure underground was reduced then this could happen underground also creating a free gas reservoir? See Henry's Law for more info.

If this was the case then possibly HE1 could in the short term just pump and dump water from deep down and higher up collect the gas. This could mean that they could do an early stage production until the plant can be created for separation of helium from solution later down the line.

News will come, maybe not today or the day after, but soon. The shares have already been discounted heavily and when another chunk of CLNs are converted then any remaining will have a diminishing impact. I consider that the remaining shares will not be converted below 0.2p and have done my projections based on those figures. Given a 0.2p conversion, then a £60m MCap will give a share price of 0.56p. This is not great, but anyone thinking that this will not happen in the medium term needs to look more closely at the figures. Personally I'm hoping for a better outcome, but feel that 0.56p is highly likely again.

I have faith that the helium can be extracted. I would be more concerned if the processed water had to be pumped back into another well for environmental reasons, potentially diluting the he concentration. Also getting the gas to market is also a big unknown currently.

MCap is what is confusing me also. How can this be worth £20m!. £11m cash, £7.25m debt, £2m/pa expected revenue from Colorado, they own a drilling rig, and ML!!!?? If the share price did not move when the conversions happen then it would still have a MCap of less than £30m which is half its recent MCap. It seems to me if they had to do a fire sale of all their assets and wound the company up, they would probably have a bank balance in excess of £20m even with the remaining £7.25 million in unconverted CLNs.

Yes shares are changing hands, but the cash level is not very high 270m @ 0.3p is the same as 81m @ 1p.

0.34p Yes they could convert if it went to 1p as long as they did that on the the day. The price would be rising every day after that if they did not pull the trigger.

Correction

10 day WVAP roughly 0.4p and 92.5% of that is 0.37p. So the conversion would be 0.296p. Still too close to the current share price.

Braveheart25. As the share price is falling consistently there is an additional reason why the CLNs are not being converted as the have to take the highest of either the 92.5% of the 10 day WVAP (roughly 0.4p) or the low day (today 0.3p). So they get the conversion of 0.4p x 80% = 0.32p. This is something they will not go for.

Lets assume that the average WVAP for the last 10 days is 0.4p and by some miracle the share price jumped to 1p. The conversion price would be:

((9*0.4 + 1*1)/10)*0.925*0.8 = 0.34p still cheap.

I would. They can get the news and have the average of the 92.5% of the WVAP over the last 10 days. It would have to move allot in a day to skew the 10 day average.

I think there would need to be some seriously good news to make an equivalent jump as there will be roughly 3 billion new shares created soonish. There are two types of people on this forum those that have been burnt and those who are working out when to buy in. I think there will be a continuous downwards pressure against any rises as the people who own shares may sell up as soon as there is any uplift as they don't want to be a part of another funding cycle like this one.

Currently looking a potential dilution of 70% so given a recent sp of 1p before CLNs then you could expect it to return0.7p it the MCap returns to where it was. Unfortunately until the CLNs are converted we will not know the dilution currently. I think that it will not be below 66% (0.2p conversion price), but I have been wrong before.
