You may be right, but excluding CLNs we have had no bad RNS. I think moderate people may expect the mcap to return to similar mcap levels before the CLNs happened in the next month or two. (If future RNS meets expectations)

I'm not sure what is needed to move the share price. I'm guessing that there will not be much movement till ESP test results are in. Yesterday I thought there would be more trades than we saw. 53m trades of which I did 15m so a very slow day. I am now resigned to the fact that I think that there will be no significant movement till RNS on the ESP comes out. Maybe the AGM or possibly on early Galatica production rates can shift sentiment.

I'm wasting too much time watching this share like a hawk. I wish I could just stop till mid December. GLA

Dilution is irrelevant once it has happened. It is relevent when it is about to happen. Recently everyone with shares took a haircut so their ownership of the company is roughly 70% of what is was before.

We now have a situation where the mcap is about two thirds of where it was before the dilution. The dilution has no direct effect on the mcap, it is either investors anticipating further dilutions, or that for some reason the company is just worth less.

Personally I believe we are largely still suffering a funk from the last dilution. I also think that we will not have fundraising from clns going forwards. If this is not the case then the company is just worth less for reasons I don't understand.

@bigbeasty I wish you the best for EME. I'm not pinning the share price of HE1 to Galactica news, but sentiment can change on a dime and I think it is possible soon.

@bigbeasty I'm not about to jump out of the frying pan into the fire. When I exit HE1 it will be to larger and more stable (boring) investments.

Blue star helium has a low mcap and it has been low for a long time. This means that the largest chunk of the split in mcap comes from its TZ interest. With no real change to he1s prospects there surely this share is undervalued!

@broomtree CO2 is part of joint venture. The equipment is to be leased. This is the reason he1 did an early termination of the last £2m tranche of the clns. Why would he1 finance equipment for no benefit!

I think the esp tests are not necessarily about the flow rate (although that will be important), but rather the pressure change under sustained flow. The idea is to increase the confidence in the reserve size, and hopefully uplift the C2 value.

BlueSquare. You are the reason the share price has not ticked up!🤪 That is a fast selling rate IMHO. I would probably not exceed 10m on a day with high volumes. (when the time comes)

Odysseus07. I think I am down the most on this board although I have only owned these shares for the last 5 months. Yes I think ESP RNS will be critical to how the shares are valued, and I will hopefully reduce or clear my position before any more fund raising starts. Currently down £120k with a 0.623p break even. Hoping this will hit 0.55p sometime where I will probably start to realize some losses. On a more optimistic note there could be some good news that may send this share towards 1p, but I am skeptical about values over that in the medium term.

We are getting updates from America akin to a toddler asking on a car journey "are we nearly there yet?". I generally don't need that level of detail, so am not concerned with the lack of rns. He1 said December so rns in December!
