Share price is currently fixed by the rate that the converted shares are being off-loaded. The CLN holders are selling off 1.6bn shares, this may take some time. Hopefully this phase will be completed by the end of the week, although volumes aren't as high as they were for the last two days.

There have been huge trade volumes and a lot of shares to be sold from the CLN holders. Hopefully this will be cleared by the weekend. IMHO we will see 0.45-0.5p this week and north of 0.5p next week.

5p! Not with the current RNS. Something amazing would need to happen for that.

I'm waiting for the dust to settle in about a weeks time where I think we could expect to see something in the 0.6-0.7p range if all goes well. Anything above 0.6p would be fine by me, heck I may start to reduce my holding at 0.58p

I am anticipating a similar delay in the CLN conversion RNS. I emailed HE1 about this delay, but I'm not expecting a response.

Toffees. Well at least they know that the shareholders are aware of what is going on.

I have emailed HE1 asking why previous CLN RNS was delayed and if future CLN notices will be released as soon as they know that they have happened.

It feels like there is a cosy relationship somewhere with the CLN holders. Let's see if I get a reply.

The CLN holders have either finished a period of selling stock through CLNs or finished forward selling stock. Obviously with this price restriction removed the share price has seen a rise, but this selling pressure could start again at any time. Short term investors may be taking a huge risk on a temporary release of selling pressure. At this point in time I cannot say if this is a buying or selling opportunity. Longer term we should definitely see 0.4-0.45p, but in the short term it is too unpredictable.

Maybe a CLN conversion has already happened. The last RNS 24th Sept was for a conversion that happened on the 18th Sept. Do we have another delay in reporting again?

Bluesquare. Blue star mcap £11m with the JV this must equate to similar value for He1. They own a drilling rig and a ml in Tanzania. Recent bad news has been CLNs, and possibly people expected revenue and esp testing sooner than December. There is cash for about 6 months. Surely He1 mcap is currently low £30m when CLNs are converted.

Basically I did not appreciate the sentiment that the overhang had on the share price, but if the fundamentals are the same it should recover somewhat. I think that a 50% uplift 0.45p is very likely, and a return to 0.6p+ is 50:50. Given good results this could also do even better. My problem was catching the falling knife way too early.

1.02p was just my way of hinting that I have a large stake in HE1, without saying I have 53m shares!

BlueSquare, If we are both still in the game and the SP goes to 1.02p then I will have made the same amount of money from this stock. Probably will not happen, but it is a possibility.

I'm sitting on these shares till at least January as I'm in too deep to take the loss. Need 0.62p for break even, 0.5p would wipe out my profits from the past year, and 0.3p is just too painful to contemplate. I think we are in a good situation, but the wait for liquidity to clear these CLNs is more painful than I anticipated. All the news is in the right direction, for me the most important result will be the ESP flow tests. I don't think that there will be much revenue from Colorado to be cash positive in the medium term, but it will slow cash burn which must be a good thing.

Given that the market is perfect and the share price accurately reflects this. HE1 had a "stable" share price of about 1p before the CLNs, with the potential dilution we can rebase that to about 0.65p. Given no bad RNS (except CLNs), we could expect it to return to 0.65p. Recently we have been trading at about 0.3p. Does this mean that the market now prices roughly a 50% chance of failure? We can either go to zero or back to 0.65p. Is this a real proposition or maybe the market is reflecting the chance of future dilution? Any thoughts?

The last conversion has only made a tiny change to the share price. Short of them converting all remaining CLNs and dumping them faster than the liquidity allows we will not see 0.25p IMHO. It would not be in the interest of the CLN holders to push the liquidity at their expense.

I'm not sure about 2p, but I have high hopes for this company. I think we now see that the remaining CLNs are priced into the current share price as it is stabilizing, and I cannot see it going much lower. If they were all converted today then with a share price of 0.3 the MCAP would be about £32m. This is cheap. I have stated before that the mcap should probably return to recent levels so we should expect 0.6p with no bad news. If production starts and results are good then who knows where this could be.
