Only 1m bnl shares traded overnight at a total value of approx A$5000 or £2500 in value, so I'm not concerned with that movement. It just a shame the volumes are so low.

@Poppy3 the gas is generally priced pre thousand square feet (MCF) with prices of about $300 – $600+ mcf. Unfortunately there is no spot price for helium so it depends greatly on where it is sold, and if there is an offtake contract or not. With a contract you may achieve a lower price, but without the price will vary more.

The main preferred markets for Tanzania helium geographically would be Asia and China. The Russian sanctions that apply to the West make Russian helium a bargain for those who do not sanction Russia. Currently this is academic, as we are not a producer in Tanzania, but the market can only price on what the situation is, or on supply / geopolitical predictions.

@MCNol Agreed. I was just observing that when I posted my corner shop probably had more value in trades than he1. The volume has picked up since.

I'm just pointing out that there are not enough buyers out there to get a sell quote for 5m shares.

No bargain hunters out today I was not able to get a sell quote for 5m. I could get a quote for 2m. With more volume recently I have been able to get quotes for 20m.

Can someone put a 🚀 up the arse of this share. By the end of this month the SP will have a 6 month maximum closing price below 0.5p if nothing changes. Good RNS has not shifted the sp recently. What gives? I know there will be plenty of people who say it will shift soon, but I have now heard that same message for the last two months if not more. It's another buying opportunity! 😂

There is still a shortfall offer that lasts for 3 months. So their SP should not move until this closes.

Help in liquidity did not go into any arrangement that could be made. If BNL cannot ramp at the speed HE1 want to then it is also HE1's problem. BNL would resist a dilution event, but equally HE1 does not want to slow down.

@MCNol What I said yesterday is still valid.

You can get shares at A$.005 until the offer is completed so the share price will not go up.

The help with liquidity was so that the ramping up can continue at the pace they had envisaged. No company would raise capital that it did not need and there was a substantial shortfall.

The further update is good. Btw no one said "liquidity crisis" I was just concerned that the production ramp up speed may have be reduced due to liquidity before the latest bnl rns.

If BNL has a liquidity issue then it will reduce the pace of the ramping up of the Galactica/Pegasus project. Reduced drilling and less tie-ins means less revenue.

@MCNol I was not suggesting charity. I don't know what is stipulated in the JV agreement, but I assume there may be legal issues in moving to a controlling stake of the Galactica/Pegasus project. Maybe they could buy the additional shares from the fundraise and sell them later? I'm not sure of the accuracy of £8m+ in the bank, but I am hoping that we are still a 3+ months away from another HE1 fundraise!

I bought more in dollar terms from HE1 last fundraise than the directors of BNL! I wonder when I will see HE1 sp return the the offer price of 0.54p ?!

I'm on the negative side! Maybe the find raise was for more than strictly required, but there is a substantial shortfall and now those remaining shares are being offered to anyone at no discount. Expect the bnl share price not to move up untill this offer passes or is take up by someone. Bnl first sales are now more important than they needed to be previously. Maybe they may look to he1 for further help in liquidity (if he1 can spare anything)?

Geothermal options may be possible. Here is an old research paper that mentions possible water temperatures. Maybe not in the current wells though.
