For darientaylor or those who haven't researched - OBC own a share of AFN (also AIM listed) and operate as an administrator for the Narni Bridge technology. OBC do have a stash of Umbria tokens (I believe 1 Million) that they received as part of the work on that bridge.
Whether or not this lot make any money for investors is a bit of a gamble, but that's based on their role in the Narni bridge and the UMB token - it's nothing to do with BTC.

BRH has been a disaster since TB paid out that "special dividend". the SP graph since Jan 1st 2022 is remarkable - remarkably BAD - there's good reason for that too.
The results have been rubbish, repeated dilutions, big related party sells before bad news, the list goes on.
Today's RNS is more of the same.
I never set any stall by CX300 since last year when it was clear from RNS updates it's missed the COVID boat, but I did have one last hope for a Phasefocus sale - even that's bad news today. I have written off my investment already but as a lesson in bad investing it remains with me so I watch the deckchairs shuffle on the Titanic....

My original "note of caution has gone", along with two responses that came in straight after.
I don't believe my post was an issue in itself but one of those agreeing posts afterwards did seem to suggest fraud and that the company should be kicked off the AIM (or something along those lines, can't recall the exact wording) in which case removal is understandable. I suspect that post needed to go so they removed the linked ones between about 08:05 and 08:15.
Of course MB10 would love to use that as an excuse to insinuate about those he disagrees with.....

LVCG is a cash cow - we're going to make a fortune here! The profits are going to roll in I'm soooo excited.
If Frankfurt made us £80k then 2023 is going to return is £2M in profits no problem. DC is a genius and I urge everybody to buy into this awesome opportunity

I started my very first post this morning that this was a note of caution and for education....

This structure allows (legally) for the revenues and costs of the events to go through a private Ltd company of which DC is the director. This means he can legitimately pay himself a big salary and all expenses via that company - then pass a meagre overall profit to the parent.
Declarations or no - he gets the £££ and yet again we see nothing.
Asda shareholder of LVCG I want our business conducting under the PLC rules so I get a share of the profit, not after DC has been paid a wodge. The recent performance of the company and resultant share price backs me up - DC has taken a lot of money our of LVCG in 2022 both in his fees and for StartArt - I have received £0.
Please let's not make this about what he has to declare - I'm all about the money.

If the revenues and profit go to LVCG directly then he has to declare and report his share and all shareholders get their due. Because LVCG is a PLC and accountable under that legislation.
BUIT because the events are run by a LTD COMPANY he can use that vehicle to claim salary and expenses BEFORE LVCG see any return.
