TBH Chavi I don't have much hope and have written this off. I got the special divi in 2021 but that was based on an asset sale that we could see coming. Now there's naff all on the balance sheet except for Phasefocus and it turns out from last results that's not ready for lift off yet.
The old CX300 chestnut appears occasionally but that's a write off IMHO - (£280k total value on the balance sheet and no income)
The turnaround at CMH and some of the new investments are very long term, they might make a few bob but most likely will only cover costs, hence we keep needing cash.

sorry chaps, it's rather like finding faces in the clouds trying to make out a signal in a small handful of trades.
In reality we're flatlined and have been for what feels like forever.
The truth is that nobody is making any money out of BRH in 2023, even the MM's who have seen almost no trade in terms of volume.
All we can do is wait for solid RNS news, but given the content of the last one there's zero indicator anything seismic is going to happen soon.

Indeed, which is why the SP stays below 2p, Monecor have been offloading, why LVCG valued themselves at 1p a share to get cashflow in, why MB10 sold out etc etc

Except the regulars on here know I've been about since 2021. I used to think we'd hit 10p (before Frankfurt) and look what happened.
I post negatively because the FACTS on company performance have been negative - and I have both eyes and a brain.
I also repeatedly point out that revenue means nothing if it never gets to the shareholders.....

Cash is indeed king - to have to give up 5.6 million shares at 1p to secure mezzanine finance is exactly why you sold out at a loss MB10. We agree on something at least.

The bit you can't accept is that I want the price to rise for the RIGHT and FAIR reasons, like the company is run properly for the benefit of its shareholders. Like the good opportunities in front of LVCG are maximised FOR THE BENEFIT OF SHAREHOLDERS.

Everybody is underwater here, it's impossible not to be - the charts show you we're at new lows and the company have just given out 5.6 million shares at 1p - which is how LVCG value themselves.
I would love this company to rise from the ashes, make a profit, recover trust etc. but I hold looking for an escape not out of optimism (that is a failing on my part I admit).
It is possible that activity in 2023 will steady the ship - we all hope so, but the revenue drum banging and then fantasies of takeovers don't help anyone. Good information is hard to come by here.
The actions of an over controlling chairman are vital from here and in my opinion the business model/behaviours have to change to take advantage of what are some very good opportunities.

BTW MB10 - what's your honest appraisal of our friend Earl's ideas?

Earl (and fans) - please understand that revenue means nothing if it doesn't equate to profit. No credible viable or recognised company valuation method uses revenue.
Posting about some unrelated company in some unrelated field doesn't help either.
