I let reality in all the time MB10 - like the suspended 2p share price and today's RNS, and the latest financial results, and the failed Jason lee deal and the cancelled London last year and the whole finance fiasco at the start of the year.....

Having a different view to the president MB10 doesn't make me a troll - it means I think for myself.

If we had any real idea that paying out £400k freebies to some "private investors" was going to guarantee us the rest of a £2M windfall DC would have advertised this from the rooftops.

We made a grand total of £83k from Frankfurt after all the £millions we were told about on here.

I made no accusations MB10 - read the bit IN CAPITALS. I presented a scenario, which illustrates I can't trust anyone on here saying how good it is that we've fallen even further down the pecking order for a return.

How can you be pleased that yet another £400k of possible profit is now syphoned off before it gets to us shareholders? Did you read into the broker's note or the shiny webinars that this would have to happen? Why couldn't LVCG finance this as we all were led to believe?

At least we agree on something - the real question is who is providing the short term finance?

This really is a Chairman's lifestyle company - he must read these message board and laugh at the idiots like me still holding. He will still be paid out for Startart, his "consultancy" fees etc.

You can hold onto your pipe dreams and visions of riches but the reality over a solid 12 months has been nothing but burst bubbles - the SP hasn't dropped in that time period for no reason.

Today is just the latest in a long line of sickening RNS at exactly the wrong time. If this is how the finances of the company are panning out then it's impossible for me to see a return in the foreseeable for me or any other smallholders.

We've waited for some good news and some figures etc - it finally starts to come, just as the SP can't absorb it. You couldn't make it up. I can only cling onto the hope that sunny days are still coming because 2p is damp and miserable for LTH's right now.

I can see the applications for this new AI assistant.

That graph you link to shows a major transaction (I presume a sale) and that then precipitates a sharp change in the price.

Pizza fund needed topping up and they daren't try to place shares at this level? Who knows.

We don't know what the costs of provision are for VEEP. This could be a disappointing breakeven on a few thousand streams or it could be gamechanging.....time will tell.

You are absolutely right, we all share common ground being underwater - we can all only hope the gaping chasm you indicate is going to close before the 7th seal is broken and judgement day comes....

Careful with the moral "high ground" that works both ways. Many of us are very upset with the SP, and know that the only FACTS are this is loss making with a suspension of share trading coming up and a price of 1.55p.

You might be judged by many of us for your evangelical faith right now. A lot of people very underwater because all is clearly NOT right and we're entitled to think it, feel it and say it.

The SP is what it is for some very REAL reasons - it's not a "complete mismatch" at all in many people's eyes - which is why so many are selling/have sold.

I want this thing to recover - not because I have any respect or affection for this business any more, or DC, or you for that matter. I just want my money back :-(

I have taken a bit of time to review and think about this.

I am positive about the fact we got the note - that was starting to look like a broken promise, but at least we got what we had been told was coming

I am positive that there's a written prospect of a return to profit beyond a tweet or one of those terrible Proactive Investor videos.

I am always welcoming of numbers - whatever they say.

I am more guarded about the fact it's non-independent, and has to be listed as such (maybe that's why no RNS? just guessing?)

I am disappointed that after all the issues last year, we now know Frankfurt is postponed

I agree Dasalus - no mention of some other issues I wanted to see like the short term credit, cashflow risks etc.

Also frustrated that whatever green shoots appear by 2024, it's now in black and white that they will be swallowed up by what's owed to DC and Ranjit - definitely no return to investors possible until 2025.

Overall I am unsurprised by the overall slight uptick in price, but still think it's a longer slog past 3p unless a blockbusting streaming option is uncovered.

I agree completely - BUT: I want this SP to rise for the RIGHT reasons, that it made a return to investors, an operating profit, showed genuine growth etc.

NOT because it was ramped by myth and hype, which unfortunately both twitter and this MB is riddled with.

I try not to filter anyone because I'd rather see the whole of the moon even if it's bad news for me as an investor - it is better long term than not seeing the loss coming or not understanding it.

Step 1 for LVCG would be finally, finally, finally delivering a meaningful brokers note, but it's now May 30th.

Step 2 - will come with the next set of results...

News is almost non existent on what is happening with the Narni bridge tech, and crypto generally seems to move this share about regardless of that anyway.

I'll wait for the next "goldrush" on the back of a Bitcoin rise and leave by the side door.

I thought there was already a finance instrument secured on the Bricklive sets?, so the interest rate on any loan could be heavy and require some equity at silly rates "a la Riverfort".

If revenue is really great and the future is so mega bright then why are we in this state?

I hope you have an alternative ending to this story, it would suit us all, but right now I'm extremely fed up and I don't want to deal in fantasy - I'd rather we all faced into what's left of our investment and the dilutions that will probably come from here.

There's been so much damage to the credibility of LVCG and DC done in the last 12 months it's going to take some genuine results now to spin this round, not tweets and presentations.

I speak as a realist who wants to see real improvement, not promises, theory and hype.

Knigel - the RNS says the following:

"LVCG has now released Mr Lee from these obligations and is in active discussions to replace the funding which would have been provided by this investment."

How else do you read the "active discussions to replace the funding"? If not not another dilution somehow?
