All this could have been avoided if he hadn't drained out the cash at the end of 2022 with Ranjit for Startart. Clearly LVCG couldn't afford the transaction.

Revenue is vanity, profit is sanity and cash is king.

DC is excellent with 1 of the 3, absolutely appalling at the other 2 IMHO.

There are 64M shares in issue right now. A dividend of "just 25p" to keep you happy would be a distribution of £16M
The company's last half year results (posted above in the RNS section) show an income for the 6 months reported at £36k - that's right, £36k.
As a result the LOST £761k.
The balance sheet value of the asset portfolio? Just under £5M - of which Phasefocus is £3.5M of the value alone. It doesn't take a genius to work out what BRH think CX300 is worth at Paraytec......
The latest RNS does not provide any revenue, let alone profit forthcoming.
You seem to think this tiddler is going to find a mug to buy a test kit for ££££ millions from nowhere? The last RNS about CX300 pointed out they couldn't find a buyer so were now looking for licence partners.

Please enlighten us where this amazing return is coming from? The SP is only back to where it was 2 months ago on no news.

Did Monecor upset DC by not doing what he wanted them to - did they not agree with DC's view of the world?
If a new broker "tows the line" we could finally get a broker's note as promised, but it would be good to know why there's been a falling out.

I am happy that we have confirmation of the Madrid event now - even if the date is spurious!
BUT - for balance - note that DC says in the last section that profit will improve disproportionality when the event moves beyond 1 day... in 2023 it's just 1 day.
I read this as "don't expect much of a return this time folks, this is one for the future".
I have no doubt the evangelists will be attacking me for pointing that out, but I still wait to see the 2023 profit materialise.

The same FAB who quickly sold into a high price at the start of 2022 taking us down from about 36p before the reality of the "miraculous CX300" performance bit.
The same FAB who torpedoed any credibility for me in this mess because of their past share dealing record and their links....
Watch out for any forthcoming positive RNS as an excuse to bail - not a signal of anything good coming to us as small shareholders.....

There's a box just above this message board that shows Ranjit exiting stage left in November at a price well above today's option. Who knows iif the Riverfort deal was on the horizon at that point..
Last year the noise about Frankfurt was deafening.

I hope DC has a plan to maximise return on KPOP, but it's become desperate hope rather than expectation.
I would love MB10 to redeem themselves with FACTS that show a bright future, but fear the worst.

I fear a RNS that tells us about another super weekend for DC and not a guaranteed profit. let's see.

Yep - I hear you 212hl. I hold because I don't want to fold at these levels and another positive rise could get me out.

For me (more and more) I'm having to separate 2 things:
1) my genuine positivity about the markets LVCG are in and the potential to make good returns (for someone)
2) LVCG's ability to organise and realise this potential before others nip in and enjoy the benefits.

I could argue that LVCG's inability to turn a profit is down to bad luck, early hiccups etc but the darker cynical side to me worries it's all window dressing for the man you refer to, who gets paid and then jets around the world on LVCG's expenses....

We all have to hope that the fruits of the company's labour will overflow from his plate and feed us some scraps too.

I feel more sadness today because on this day last year (18/04/22) the SP here moved up strongly from just over 8p to close at 10.8p as the buzz ahead of Frankfurt had all of us (yes, me included) believing.
What has transpired since then is just grim.

Considering the SP was over 10p this time last year I think a bid/ask like the one you quote fits a lot of concerned narrative from LHT's very well.

I wouldn't look too far beyond Trevor Brown - I believe there's too much credibility being attributed to "Dr Smythe" - always look for the organ grinder not the monkey.
Trevor Brown has made his money out of BRH - through dividends and share sales at the market peak. His purchases now are simply about control. Nobody can prevent resolutions from passing due to his share ownership, we saw this in action in 2022.
IMO - beware the over-mighty chairman.

Another RNS day brings more frustration.
My views on my investment in this share are well documented, needless to say I'm neither impressed or surprised by the latest.

Given they've just diluted the company by an incredible amount at 33p this was probably exactly what they expected.
Long haul from here to demonstrate all that extra working capital will return profits - that's what they've bought this for.

you know it's bad when even Spacecadet and CastlePaul have gone fishing....
