LDA, I think the time until P1a data is more about a couple or three more rounds of Ava6000 for the patients on C6 than anything else. If their data and clinical responses mimic or better those in C5 and C4 it’ll add huge weight to the data
Let me guess the IP of Bury FC. Three at the back inverted fullbacks and a false no 9?Northern rock £5 notes at the atm? Monarch Airlines, only piloted by kings and Queens?
Avacta, FAP cleaved chemotherapy without side effects.
Genuinely hilarious FUD.
I’ve been musing on the reasons for the acceleration of P1a data release. If we presume negotiations around licensing/partnerships and even Takeovers/Tx sale are now happening, who does the expedited data readout benefit? Avacta by a mile. If you had any doubts whatsoever in the data you would keep the trial running to the end and publish in April at your big conference, with increasingly large dataset. If you knew you held all the cards you’d publish the data asap to push your suitors to show their hands. Avacta are happy cut deals and are in the driving seat and condensing the time until this happens can only suit them.
The way I read and heard it is we’re waiting for the C6 cohorts to mimic previous cohorts clinical responses, bearing in mind they have had approximately 2-3 rounds of Ava6000, so another 2-3 rounds, then P1a data set is released. Q4 sounds realistic. So I agree with Rorkes and Pl complete change of approach. I wonder why? Oh yeah paradigm shift
I think it’s worth remembering that AS have to plot the best way forward for the company and what Jive suggests in that example is a canny way of getting there. It would also be good brinksmanship if bigger fish were circling looking to swallow them up whole. I know if I was in that kind of position I’d be talking about all the deals and partnerships. I think it’s becoming a big game of poker. It’ll all be deals this partnerships that, then one day takeover.
Thorns. A chief development officer leaves a chief medical officer is sought. Think that says it all , suggests they’re moving into a different phase. Neil Bell may be ill, may have new job, etc etc. I think the new set up with a BDO and a CMO is the new setup due to the imminent commercialisation of the platform
