Condor forever, The answer is hell yes , I remind you in July 2019, not a long ego Calibre acquired the assets of B2GOLD for not a penny more than 100M (GP was 1400)

So why would anyone will invest quarter of a billion for a condor? similar jurisdiction or worse and yet less then half of production and reserves?

btw that value is after calibre value more than doubled itself in the past year.

So I really wonder how there is anyone here who thinks any buyer will pay condor only for the assets 50-60p (120-130M USD) when that buyer knows well he'll have to invest another 120M in development And even then it will only reach production of 100koz pa which is less then half of calibre'S production. It just doesn't make sense in any way,

I agree that everywhere else d 60p and more will make totally sense but in Nicaragua? We see that other companies fail to achieve market capitalization that matches companies with similar performance in other countries so why condor will? I'm not saying this to defy , just trying to figure out what mc thinks?

As you can see other companies that already producing in Nicaragua, suffers "big time" in their values by future fear of possible US sanctions and current poor jurisdiction , Every potential buyer is aware of these risks and assumes that's the reason why the assets are for sale and that's the reason why Jim and Mark's couldn't raise cash to build the mine, so why you assume that the market will treat Condor differently?

I would like to get an objective answer,

as of today there are 3 companies operating in Nicaragua,

Hemco/mineros Market cap 185M USD total revenue last year 514M USD (Nicaragua production PA about 120koz)

Mako Mining Market cap 95M USD production about 40koz PA

Even Calibre, After an impressive recovery from the US announcement of sanctions, trading just for 500M USD. (Reserves similar to Condor and production 230 koz PA + assets holds in US to hedge risks)

So what makes Mc think he can get "the right price" which is most likely much higher than current SP ?

I've been following Condor for a long time and has been invested over the years,(Not significant amounts) my opinion is that the direction they are going is just a self destruction, I believe that the company's potential is enormous, And selling for pennies from a position of weakness is not the right thing.

This is the most logical scenario, inot clear why there is no interest on both sides, Calibre currently has 1 Mtpa average surplus mill capacity, JV without additional investment and immediat production of al least 100k Oz pa,

BobDnero, If we were talking about 50M, I think there would already be a binding buyer long time ago,

I guess Mc is asking market value + probably close to 100M add 120M required investment to reach production,.... considerable sums for such a risky project... If I am potential buyer I'm waiting 3 months, the price will drop due to new fund raising and bargaining position is much better. It is cruel indeed, but no buyer has any reason to rush.

When you put your home for sale, the first question of a potential buyer is why are selling? , sometimes the answer is simple, such as "relocation" and sometimes it's an answer that a buyer doesn't want to hear, such "leak from the roof"

I'm afraid that in this case every potential buyer knows that the reason of Sale ia "pretty serious leak" , in fact it's not even certain that the house exists,

I'm pretty sure that all potential buyers know very well it's a gamble and when it comes to gambling, it's always easier When the other party's jackpot is empty

Buyer with common sense will wait until the next fund raising, The time is running out, and it seems mc has no more cards to draw,
