We are talking about facts it is not a "risk of nationalization" in fact , actual nationalizations have been carried out (In the agriculture and real estate sectors,) And guess what Ortega did nationalize the mining sector in '83. Why shouldn't he try again? His recent actions prove that he is aiming to return to the cheerful days of the 1980s so yes my dear , there is definitely room for concern.
And regards to your claim they will would wait for the mine to be profitable , Well, that's funny, you're basically saying that even Ortega wouldn't touch a condor in its current state, lol, I have to agree however the question is whether there is an idiot who will invest 300M just for someone to take it away once it becomes profitable.
