12K at an AVG of .82 which is around about 1/8th of my overall portfolio.

While the current finance deal would bring some probably needed volume to the share as at the minute any moves generally go NT very quick which tends to put investors off we will also see massive overhangs like we have the last couple of weeks with the II clearing shares. For me, this just gives me a taste of what is to come when we start drawing down and YA, in true YA fashion, instantly begin selling each time.

As I say I'll listen to the reasoning behind it and the what the thoughts on likelihood of refinance but the current finance deal doesn't appeal to me as a potential long term holder.

I've kept relatively quite since the financing while mulling it over, while great this is just an initial finacing package and it can always be refinanced there's something grating on me. Numerous times we were told it would be financed on asset backed debt with minimum dilution to share holders. Yet if the full finance package plays out it is all dilution to holders which very much limits the upside here. I'll see how the Q and A and the AGM go and then consider my position but will continue to hold for now.

Yep their comms strategy has been clear from the beginning and they've done it with every container, same people would be deramping this morning saying it must be delayed as there is no RNS. Agendas are clear at this point

I wouldn't be surprised if we saw another i'll be honest. The advantage we have is that as we move closer to the production we get a higher SP so the dilutive effects are lessened significantly plus we are getting very decent volume through which means a smaller number of shares would be moved quicker. Making any future places have less of an effect on the overall SP movements. I would be interested to see what they do with the Atlast 10% money if the secure refinancing before it is due.

Nickel i don't know why you think people still listen to you, pumped LEK and got shafted (granted no one saw that coming so i'll give you that), pumped and dumped UKOG, pumped BOO before selling out too early and actually missing the rise and talking it down again. Shouted about EUA getting dump yet its up 150% on its presuspension price.

.30s should be achieveable once assay results and confirmation of full production started. Market is rightly sceptical untill confirmation receieved

massive important difference with UKOG, YA held the rights to convert whenever they wanted (obviously constricted by x amount per quarter) which is death spiral. Oracle have the power to decide when to convert here

Unfortunately the SP was faltering regardless and this didnt help. I have a feeling we'll sit in the .7 - .8 range untill LOI or other project news

The issue lies with the company that have provided the deal, they are notorious for just converting every single time they are allowed and selling, pretty much dampens the SP movements, more so in low volume stocks.

Why would you want to? We knew a finance deal would need to come sooner or later, the way the finance is setup is that they can very easily now prop the SP up on the back of the smaller projects and reduce on going dilution to fund Thar, make sense to me unless im reading it wrong?
Important thing now is to know what projects we are getting for our shares

Normally AGM's cover previous years progress, anything that needs to go to votes, then normally a presentation on key milestones that the company hopes to achieve in the coming year so hopefully we will get some information regarding these new opportunites. Obviously anything price sensitive would need to be RNS'd before hand
