I honestly think we won't have real SP movements untill the refinance is sorted, at the minute its the cloud over our heads

They have cash in the bank to pay the 10% atlast conversion, they also have a very small working costs buffer from what i remember so it makes very little sense to pay in cash when your company is abit cash strapped, I would like to think following the end of next month these will be a thing of the past.

Placing overhang still no doubt, along with people not wanting to get in before refinance etc is sorted. Lots of dubious people sat on the sidelines no doubt. Now imagine the mega rerate when we we production commenced confirmation>Assay results>Refinance confirmed>JORC results. Bing bang boom.

From month 2 we would be in a position to service the atlas debt payments from offtake gains, how much would be left after that I don't know.

The flashnote from a couple of months back only projects FCF if a more favourable asset backed finance deal is agreed.

Given the next set of assay results further confirm the quality of the asset I don't see us making it to month 2 of production without some sort of refinance in place.

Yeah which is a point i made a few days ago, I highly doubt in a month and half we will be sat under .3, effectively halving the potential dilution of a similar placing. News rich period with assay results and production commencing

The thing hanging in the balance is whether we need to place for the August payment, after that offtake should cover the debt repayment costs. Untill we understand what is going on with refiancing this will be a worry for any new investors.

It will be self funding from 2nd off take and the ability to pay off debt within 8 months, thats pretty good going for a new mine which would be normally 1 year+ to be allowing for FCF. Metal prices are also going one way. Around first offtake and payment it might get bit bumpy if refinance isn't agreed but this is where we are at, return out weighs the risk at this point.

Its all looking solid, the whole plan of having luke warm production running as new stuff arrived seemed to get canned as CoVID played out, this would have give us a great headstart and would have brought the first offtake forward. However with that not being the case I'm hoping we can hit or even smash the 14k target

Looking at the plan, the below shipments aren't required for full production so maybe they are still sorting processing equipment out? Although they claim a number of things are plug and play there are still normally a number of mechnical/engineering changes you make to the machines for them to suit your needs. I work for a manufacturer with no special requirements etc however pretty much everything production line wise we purchase off shelf needs a little bit of work during the comissioning stage to get it right.
