Not implying they know more than we do as that would be insider trading. Simply saying don't buyin to the fact that an II must have a reason to be selling that relates to the company, they could be reducing holdings for any number of reasons. Also the idea of an II seing trading is ludicrious, more so on a share with such low daily AVG volume

I never underatand the musings of people trying to predict why an II sells or buys. I can garuntee that BHC started selling when we hit 1.2 hence the short lived rise and then constant selling pressure at .9. They may be shifting the portfolios around seen as it had seen a 100% increase from the 6m lows of .55. If they knew something we didn't they be dumping alot more agressively

I'm starting to wonder whether its because the project isn't clean enough, i.e they're prioritising green energy projects, however i think it was stated that green projects alone can't sustain the current windfall in energy required for now nevermind going forward

While the production next month is great, we are aware that first offtake money won't be coming till August time. AP alluded that some of the interested refinance packages are dependant based on first offtake payment being recieved and that some others are still doing their DD. I imagine first offtake refinance deal may be on better terms but this purely speculation based on the higher requirements for it.
If this is the case, do we go with the potentially worse refinance deal but avoid hitting the 2nd deadline of potential atlas conversion. Or do we roll the dice, wait for first offtake and hope the package comes in time that we don't have to do a 2nd raise for conversion money like last time. The placing would be less dilutive given the SP should be higher at that point following assay results/upcoming JORC and production updates.

All this doesn't take into account further need for ongoing keep the lights on raises.

No point mentioning the interest placement raises as they are small and not very dilutive.

All i'm getting at is yes we are into production next month there is still the very real chance we may see a further placing before first uptake.

IMO just speculative/DYOR etc etc

Exactly what i was getting at madgey, the statements of Q2 were made during corona and its known effects. Obviously we understand its out of ORCPs hands at the minute but they should be communicating on the deadline day if its missed, no matter its affect on the SP

For every seller there is a buyer and for every buyer there is a seller, i fail to see your point. If the LOI and subsequent news pushes over the 50MCAP line we should start to see some II get interested.
