If they got ODD...then it would be on anything containing PreCision. So PreCision + becomes a Brand in itself doesn't it. Could it also be linked to drugs/products produced by EL/Point.

B2HS2L...agree we haven't heard any more regarding Coris Affimer based products which I would have anticipated some movement on by now. Maybe they've decided to keep the Affimer tech with TX based on talk of divesting. Or, maybe the new pipeline announcement will include new DX Affimer based products. After all DX is still very much part of Avacta and Affimers as far as we know are going to feature in the TX pipeline (AffDC).

It all depends on who the buyer might be and what their finances are. A large, highly profitable buyer could scoop them up just to take them out - removing competition - using pretax profits etc.

Avacta could divest by splitting DX off from TX and creating stand alone companies. I'm sure many of you have seen this happen with other companies and you know the mechanics.

If DX ends up being a listed stand alone company then it could be of interest to more companies who want a ready made listing.

In the world if Distribution, the custom base can be hugely valuable especially any house accounts they may receive commission payments from. Plus DX through both companies has a well established global reach.

There are lots of options and personally I think it's feasible they could get close to breakeven if not a bit on top.

Question...if they do sell DX what value will be added by the following decision assuming development of Affimer reagents has been ongoing.

Balancing act...get the deals first be it AA, JVs or Investor(s) then off load DX and ideally pay off whole loan providing deal(s) cover funding going forward...the loan tight now is a useful chunk of change for cashflow...lack of cashflow is biggest reason co.panies go bust or have to sell off on the cheap...

Anyone can have insider info...it's only a crime if you trade on it before the rest of the markets know about it. I do find it odd though that many times you see Directors buying and in a matter of days good news breaks...mmm!!!

They have also reiterated the fact they are on target for the following:
