Put yourself in the shoes of an early stage partner...which is more important...safety, tolerability or efficacy?...or all three?

The 2 week dosing should show more efficacy...which appears to be what they are looking for...

Who is calling the shots right now if financing is in the can?

We have been told about the 2 weekly dosing trial and when it is/was due to start (in parallel with C7) so if the decided not to RNS the start for whatever reason I don't think they are breaking any market rules.

Is 2 weekly also about determining more up front efficacy before said Partner to be jumps in.

BV..yes I know all about the EL T/O of Point. My point was thst EL have an investment/partnership arm called Loxo. I was not suggesting T/O but partnership. EL will have checked out all the Point data/projects and could use the Loxo arm to partner with Avacta through the trials and then...!!!

Maybe it's staring us in the face...

Jive-turkey...I don't think Avacta will be buying dox, making AVA6000 and on selling it themselves. I still think this is going to be with a Dox manufacturer on a AA type basis.

Oldtrader...it's a question nobody can answer without knowing who was involved in the trade.

If I buy some shares I can say for sure when it goes through it was my buy and I bought the shares through my broker.

The trade I posted was at the Ask and therefore recorded as a Buy but someone sold the shares to the buyer at that price so it's a sell too. Of course he can confirm it's a buy because there's always a buy in every trade. Did he confirm who was Buying and who was Selling which is the important bit...

It's Volume and/or Number of Trades on one side or the other of the SP or RSP that matters.

No point in getting too wrapped up about it...

Oldtrader...when someone sells at exactly the same time someone is buying..and via versa. The computer on registers one side of the deal. If it's below the mid price it registers it as a sell if it's above the mid it registers it as a buy. If it's at the mid price it registers as as unknown.

It's not about buy or sell it's about price paid/sold at compared to the mid price.

If you don't understand this basic principle you could get well burnt. Don't think of them as buys and sells just trades sbove or below the mid...below being red and above being blue...

As I said earlier then you have the factor of timing...when is a trade put through...some are delayed for various reasons and if the bid/ask changes then so might thr colour of the trade...all isn't as it might seem...

Did it go thrpugh at the same time you did the trade or later. If later then the Bid/Ask proces may have changed since you actually pressed your trade button...
