Nah..it's the wrong way around...the non-miners will be unlisted and have approached them as a shell to do an RTO to get a listing. Avacta is alreay listed.

Avacta on the other hand could do an RTO into a Nasdaq Listed shell to get a simpler and faster route to a Nasdaq listing.

Icecool...it was a joke hun...I don't think there's going to be a 1b based on the FDA insisting on it. IMO they would only reinstate 1b (which it does look like they have) if someone else asked them to like a Pharma or one of our existing Partners who wanted to see more early stage efficacy. I think there's a lot more going on with our Partners calling forward R&D/DEvelppment work (which costs) and combine this with 2 weekly being introduced and pressing the accelorator peddle on AVA6000 and the PreCision pipeline it's put pressure on the Balance Sheet and a raise now gets money issues out of the way so they can steam ahead. Remember we have an election coming up at any time and who the hell knows what that will result in when it comes to the markets etc...If they want to list on the Nasdaq they also need to get their finances in order too...

This will be first in patient Affimer trial and it's not too far away now...

The fundraiser wasn't just about PreCision...there's a lot more going on...

I suspect news will be forthcoming after the fundraise has been completed.

Why haven't Avacta issued an update about goings on with Affyxell...the aboe link is public knowledge isn't it?

How do you know it was the FDA who wanted them to reinstate it. It could have been a company decision based on talks with others who want to see 1b to get more early stage efficacy results perhaps...

Gmcc...picking apart the comments you posted, I think there might be a little bit more to this fundraise we've all missed...

So this fundraise is not necessarily just about AVA6000 or even Precision…it could also be about Affimers.

Mmm!...I missed this earlier…look at the Pipeline chart in link below. Have Avacta been asked by one or more of their Partners to bring forward the Development work on one or more of the undisclosed items still in early stage. It just seems to have been slipped in quietly…as if they don’t want to really mention it…have they been asked to keep quiet. They have to mention what the funds are for but tis does seem like a sneaky insert!!!! Will we get some Partnership updates once the fundraise is completed.

I say this because if TX was targetted for takeover...now the Afgimer tech has been transferred over to DX, there would still be a side of the company DX which couuld be kept.

I think transferring over the Affimer tech may mean DX now have the IP rights.

It all looks to me like they are setting things up for a split and trying to make TX the home for PreCision and DX the home for Affimers which could lead to the sum of the two halves being worth more than the whole...Synergy, synergy, synergy...🤫😉

Now what do you think about Avacta at some point not selling DX but splitting the company into two stand alones. That would put the Loan onto the DX Accounts and it would be serviced solely by DX.

No he didn't...it would have been common knowledge throughout the II marketplace...Brokers calling their clients to tell them about it...news gets out rapidly these days especially closed market fundraisers. The market loves them...they can short into them and pre-sell/sell afterwards. What is important is the mix of II buyers...who is in it for real investment purposes/the long term. By telling us a European Fund was one new investor is a way of telling us several things.

I for one am quite relaxed about the fundraise...have purchased a shed more at a cracking price, bought my average way down and a smallish bump will take me into profit a lot sooner than it would have done a few days ago.

Perhaps the clue is right there...why did they mention a Eurpean Fund investing...they didn't have to. I know the fundraise if for TX but DX is pushing to grow in Europe. Was it this fund wanting a big piece of the action at a price. What can a fund like this do for DX or Avacta as a whole with an expensive Bond in place...!!!
