Ramp-exposure aside; this is all part of the process of the loan conversion playing out. All focus should be on AS and his commercial acumen. The goal is gaping.

They’re almost certain to release data via RNS between now and 23rd. What else can they talk about??? They need cash to move AVA6000 through the clinic. Loads of it. They can’t and won’t be coy here.

Correcting Avacta - Ophidian been levelling up.

An important nuance to presented data is that early efficacy is normally presented as reduction in tumour size. While a positive sign, it’s not always a finite indicator. Tumours do become dox immune over time, so can and do get a second wind.

It’s very rare for a study to report on how much dox is landed in the TME vs baseline. If they pull a 20x number out of the bag on SD, this is huge.

Paradigm shift.

The partner won’t be constrained by the manufacture or commercialisation of a dox prodrug. The partner will want the tech. They choose how and when they implement it across their own range.

The value is in the validated IP.

The TAM for any of the cancers is secondary. They’re thinking bigger than AVA6000. I don’t care if the STS market is worth a fiver - proving a platform that does what others can’t will be worth far more than any market it targets.
