It’s a clinical trial. That point has nothing to do with Avacta. Their reasons are their own. They weren’t coerced in any way.

So;

- Trial protocol not limited by 450mg of dox.
- P1b Pivotal (approval!)
- P1b mandating biopsies
- Preclin PKs pretty much matched
- ‘Therapeutically relevant’ quantified - Early efficacy implication.
- P2 mitigating need for P3 confirmed.

That slide deck isn’t an AIM co. Endeavour. Impossible. No way they’ll raise via PI’s. £50m wouldn’t touch the sides. P1b is pivotal here. Assume P1a finishes in October, that’s June/July 2024 to complete P1b. They can’t afford it.

Financial clout required by late summer. Touchy folks - Please don’t read this a deramping timeline - it’s reality, and objective.

I assume deals are already lined up and the 6K ‘in house’ dream is a bluff. They’ll licence it.

Bit of reflection following last nights review.

The data is VERY good. Awesome. Very consistent and PREDICTABLE. The PKs likely see an increased AUC with little change in AEs. This is scientific nirvana.

The deck is huge. Avacta cannot deliver this on their own. They’ll need 5h1t loads of cash. They’re literally telling us it’s bigger than them.

Phase 1b is pivotal. Monumental news.

I would be shocked if Avcata starts P2. P1b, within it or end of, will see this company under new ownership.

Not at all. Read my posting history. I’m far from blinded by Avacta. I wasn’t happy. Past tense, I got over it. It’s what happens when you hold shares in this company - you have to be resilient and expect to be treated like a mushroom.

Suggest you just bin the disappointment and move on.

It’s the oddest reaction to the most detail we’ve ever had from Avacta. Not a rehash of the 5 year old precision slide show. Literally milestone moment stuff. The P2 design is genius.
