I can’t stress enough, how important that proving the platform is here. STS is a tough nut to crack. Or put more simply, if STS isn’t solved by AVA6000, when it’s clear we’re dumping the warhead at the site, does that make the tech redundant? Of course not.

Focus on the platform. The intricacies of STS are not the major play here.

Moneysponge - not quite correct. It’s a lot more complicated than you state. Other prodrug forms of dox have similar premise that you describe, yet aren’t flying off the shelf. Let’s not miss the important stuff.
