In short, no. DTS-201’s MTD was 400mg. Aldoxorubicin’s was higher than ours. They weren’t effective with said dose, hence why they *needed* to be that high.

If they continue beyond C7 look at it as a major hint that they’re seeing very clear signals that tumour loading is such that benefits are being seen beyond those that have gone before it.

That said, they should get on with it and use a partner to fund higher doses in the future.

Dox is used to improve the quality of life by extension, not to cure. Be very clear on that. Complete response is not a measured end point for a reason.

PFS has never been significantly extended post P3 trials. Doxil is the closest we have, and look at those stats.

I have not, and will not deny that studies show that Affimers can be developed to do stuff.

The LFD did not work. We’ll never know why, but that fact remains 100% true. There’s and RNS that states that fact.

Affimers can’t be developed quickly. The LFD fiasco is proof of that. Again, RNS stating that fact.

I’ve done more research on Avacta than you would believe. Hence why I can be come across quite blunt in my assessment of their wares.
