Better life,

In 2022 we booked a P&O cruise sailing this November and will be paying the balance today.

The cost when we booked was around £2,100pp.

I checked over the weekend and saw an Identical suite available on the same cruise at around £3,900pp (it now appears to have been sold, so I am unable to quote the exact price ).

Is that not increasing prices?

If I recall correctly sp was £12.68 when Bot’s handed over Thursday of last week.

So, 26p (appprox 2%) up in 7 days. - not a bad result CWWX..

Other than the casino you’ve listed everything which convinces me that Cunard is the cruise line for me - each to their own!!!!

Nine of our 10 cruises in the past 18 months have been on the back- mainly on QV.

Did 35 nights on the back of Ventura earlier this year. Enjoyed the location but not the ship, particularly the food.

I have to say we are now getting disillusioned with P&O and currently considering cancelling Arcadia and looking for a Cunard cruise at a similar time. We have pay the balance this month so need to make a decision soon.

I think you have been a bit quick offering your resignation - technically Botbot does not go until tomorrow which is when your tenure should start.

I am in a suite on Arcadia Nov/Dec - E180, OceansJAY tells me he has been in the same one numerous times -which one are you in?

I suggest taking ibuprofen with a quadruple gin every four hours with extra gin every two hours - just keep off the ice!!

Also, maybe add a few hours on the roulette wheel which could take your mind off of it - especially if you get a few 32oooooooo’s.

If not fixed it will be a good excuse to drink your spirit of choice for the whole week.

We are a family of early starters!

Wife and I both 68.

We have another daughter (46) with son, 20, and daughter approaching 25.

If the grand kids were following in the family tradition we would have great grandkids by now!!!

She has only cruised about 6/8 times with RCL so I imagine not enough to get an invite. In any event I don’t think it’s their thing.

I’ll pass on your fantastic description and see if she is able to track you down amongst the thousands. She normally goes to the casino a couple of times and will look out just in case you change your mind!

She will be with her husband, mid forty’s tall, thin and bald with facial stubble (him, not her!) and kids (daughter 18, and son 20) although they tend to dis-own their parents and do their own thing when cruising.

CWWX is a good shout - we will keep an eye on him for you.

Bots, with both you and Bhants away, are you nominating someone to look after our interest?

Also, just discovered that one of my daughters and her family are on Anthem on Friday - told her to look out for someone going all-in on 32!
