There are lots of reasons that make very good sense. I had a friend , who not so long ago was forced to sell some of his assets due to a divorce. It happens.

I was wrong. The amount raised in Round A ,was $12 m . Still not a insignificant sum . I would guess that the company traded approx. 30% of its stock for the funding. Valuing it at Round A at $30-50m.

Technology Companies:

Dont forget , MFAI owns 20% of this potential monster.
