2. Microsoft

Reason: As a leader in cloud services with Azure and enterprise software, Microsoft could integrate Getvisibility's solutions into its existing offerings, enhancing data security and governance features within Azure and Microsoft 365​ . After the latest cyber attack , security is even more important. Corporations are willing to pay large sums to enhance their own and customers.

There is a lot of interest in this share. Once the buying starts, as it has done, it can really rocket. This will hit 2p before the NASDAQ IPO that will bring $6 m plus to MFAI.

Looks like it Bubble . Another jump on the cards i think. Money in the bank, buyers have taken over . Jump in assets of $6 m in September. This could go crazy at any time.

Ive been giving some thought to companies that would benefit from acquiring GV and ist technology.

1. IBM

Reason: IBM has a strong focus on AI, cybersecurity, and data governance through its IBM Security and IBM Watson divisions. Acquiring Getvisibility could enhance its portfolio in data security and governance, particularly leveraging AI for data classification and compliance​ . $200m would be chicken feed for them.

Added another 930739. I think that we will get news soon on the investment that the placing was used for. I would imagine another AI dream team.

People realise the value in this share. A lot more to come from it in the short term.

The way i read it , is that MFAI have been called by a company broker ( who earns commission on investments) and is introduced to a enticing investment. The reason why i believe this is that it has the smell of an opportunist placing. They don't ned the money. MFAI meets with their nomad and agrees a placing. The nomad or joint broker( do they have one ) calls around potential investors. Mr Akers is obviously one of these.

Mr Akers was obviously tipped off though through the raising broker. I will be phoning them tomorrow.
