What alerted me to NWT was its sudden appearance among the Top Risers. So I did my research and was struck by how few shares are in issue and how many are held in sticky paws. That coupled to rising residual income led me to invest. Not sure how you'll attract more investors but should the herd arrive there won't be many shares for them to buy - 250p by Xmas?

In days of yore this was seen as a defensive stock as pets are supposedly the last thing punters cut back on. Maybe it's time it was viewed as a vet with a pet shop attached rather than a pet shop with a vet attached?

TDB: why "at least March 26"? That alone is 6 months away apart from the "at least". The can has been kicked down the road long enough. How much happier we'd all be if years ago GLEN had made an offer @ £1 to their fellow-shareholders who would've been delighted to accept and then get on with the rest of their lives. GLEN could have then sold it on @ £2 and made a lot of money for signing a few documents. No doubt extrader will point out reasons why that could never happen but I don't want to hear about their aversion to "greenfield sites".
