I sort of like your thinking so you must regret investing in the wrong gold company! It's not been great but It remains my largest holding and I'm hoping for a decent takeover offer while punters keep selling into strength.

Surely a huge black cloud but I applaud the company for rewarding early shareholders. Never known it before and I'm eternally grateful for 240,000 warrants exercisable from July 2026 to July 2027 @ 0.8p I'm inclined to wait until the last possible moment but not sure that's the right strategy. What's ironic is that I am no longer a shareholder having banked a few k profit. Very strange company! They have a mountain to climb and it's mostly of their own making!

Can we all agree that ORR is very undervalued and crying out for a takeover offer at a huge premium from a major miner?

The bigger the predator the more they can afford to "waste" on Cameroon as it's all tax-deductible.

Been very tempted to sell 20% of my holding today in order to pursue other interests but the thought of at least a 1-bagger very shortly put me off. Horrible feeling it will be a half-bagger! Which is disgraceful - a huge amount of wealth will be transferred to those already with a huge amount of wealth while LTHs languish.

It's early days but prepare for more dilution than you could possibly imagine - seriously! The company may well end up being worth £150m but your ownership will have been diluted away. Meanwhile, all the top dogs are drawing a salary for doing not a lot. AIM at its worst! Except it's listed on the Main Market.

Up to a point, Lord Drankwell! I have no dry powder and am not market neutral whatever that means! I invest in companies which appear extremely undervalued compared to the possible outcome. Once invested, I stay invested until I start to bank profits or exit completely having got my timing wrong.

No idea why it's down 20% when buys and sells are much the same. Whatever happens it's worth a lot more than current Mkt. Cap. but I wouldn't bet the ranch!

I'd describe it as quite a big shake! A lot of rare earth companies are down today - presumably the MMs are very short of stock? The sky's the limit with rare earths which are a lot more useful than gold.

"Gold rising all the time will help." Believing that statement is asking for trouble and ORR appears to be immune in a negative way. Yet again, ORR has left many of yesterday's new shareholders high and dry. Aren't the BOD concerned about this? Not much they can do until some income starts rolling in and they can buy back shares - that would hopefully support a steady rise in SP. Simples: buy back half the shares in issue and the SP doubles! Who needs new investors? Surely there's a canny deal to be done here - almost the opposite of a downward death spiral. ORR arranges a debt facility specifically to buy back 50% of its shares. The news sends the SP higher, possibly much higher so the facility may not be required! Win-win. Carpetbaggers left high and dry or reluctant happy shareholders. The boot would definitely be on the other foot! As for bitcoin, last week I invested about 1% of my PF in BTC whose chairman is the legendary David Lenigas who owns 14.49% of the company - follow the money?

Spoke too soon about the SP not falling - let's hope the predators keep prowling! I have no sympathy for any seller who wakes up next day to find ORR has received a takeover offer.

You all need to get real! I'd be far more worried about the millions of shares about to be issued to keep the boat afloat! The business is sound enough but not with all the inevitable dilution. Downward Death Spiral finance is usually the last resort - not the first! Especially with a company at this stage of proceedings. They will need to work doubly hard to restore shareholder confidence - wouldn't be surprised if some of the famous names quietly resign to pursue other interests. Meanwhile, as an ex-shareholder, where are my warrants? Even more dilution.

Why not invest in both? And agree to differ? Neither are attractive to me ATM and I've been a former investor in both. Timing not right + losing patience led me to exit. Yesterday I invested in REE, another £5m tiddler which could easily 10-bag - something PRE & MKA may struggle to achieve but WTFDIK? Delighted to see the ORR SP's not down but why isn't it up?

I think KEFI's valuation has made punters realise what a bargain ORR is and KEFI's still in the foothills. No reason why both companies shouldn't be worth £500m each in due course.

Hard to believe that as recently as July punters were happy to pay 13p in a placing. Is this a bargain at under 5p? I think so.

Both PRE and MKA have hefty valuations already. HREE is my 4th largest holding and the Mkt. Cap. is under £13m. I also have high hopes for EST if anyone's interested in Copper with a serving of Gold on the side.

Wildboar1 - it's never wrong to bank a massive profit! But you don't have to sell all your shares at once - I think it's called hedging your bets.
