Having said that, I'm a GEO investor and it might well be a good time to buy! Further dilution may not occur depending on circumstances so I'm hoping for the best possible outcome. Not that geologists bear any resemblance to lightning striking twice.

If he is a ZIOC stooge it gives me hope! And if he is innocent, and sinks when thrown into a moat, it gives me even more hope!

Good luck Humpalumps - I admire your confidence! I'm invested here too and we would appear to be both underwater. Patience definitely needed but that's OK. Care to cast your eye over ORR? I'd welcome your opinion.

Apparently, it requires 10% of shareholders to request a general meeting of a company. I think we can assume that far more than 10% of ORR shareholders are unhappy with most of the BOD (for God's sake don't sack Eileen!) so I suggest the BOD calls an EGM. If Rosser has any integrity he will welcome it - otherwise ORR shareholders are ruined.

Obviously, shareholders are very unhappy with the state of the company. Will the BOD do the decent thing and call an EGM? Knowing they will lose their jobs? I dunno. All I want is a far more dynamic top dog so sack Rosser and employ someone with a more than decent track record. Someone who might take a lower salary because they see ORR as a challenge which would add huge kudos to their CV if they made ORR worth more than GGP. Obviously, award them millions of warrants but at a higher price than shareholders think attainable. We'll see. Or I'm barking up the wrong tree. I'm starting to think I am which is a huge disappointment.

I did query whether Lanstead's exit would lead to a sharp rise - apparently not! Not that we're even sure Lanstead has exited. Does Eileen find all this as embarrassing as the rest of us LTHs? ORR's BOD needn't bother applying for a job in a brewery with lax stock-taking procedures and many well-wishers.

16 August beardozer: You'd certainly want to keep the SP as low as possible if you were planning to take ZIOC private at the least possible cost before selling it for £billions.

ORR shareholders have plenty to say! It wouldn't kill ORR Directors to say more! This lot are useless! I am hoping for a takeover offer and I'm sure that would suit Eileen too! Incidentally, MTL up 214.77% over the past year so they know what they're doing. Surely Tim Livesey will want to put ORR out of its misery? Chronically undervalued so 1p per share sounds reasonable. I'm sure that's a bargain price but I'd accept and then buy shares in MTL. Or maybe MTL would do an all-share offer? Either way, ORR shareholders get to reap the rewards they're due.
