TOM has to be the best risk/reward stock on AIM! With a Mkt. Cap. of £1.37m they are almost definitely sitting on oil judging by results in the surrounding area. Question is how much oil and who will pay to extract it? Surely not a problem if we're talking millions of barrels? What would TOM be worth if it were producing 500k barrels per annum? Could this be my best ever investment?

Something's afoot or Peel Hunt wouldn't be increasing their holding. Feel sorry for Colonel Mustard if his hobby is suddenly taken out of his hands as soon as the SP rockets.

It can cost you very dear by not selling the highs and then buying the lows. My advice would be to split your investment 66/33 and try trading 66% of your investment when you think the SP is crazy. You don't have to trade all at once and you'll never get it "right" but you might end up several £thousands better off! Easier said than done, I know.

When you posted on ORR on 22 September 2022 the SP was 0.17p.

How depressing is that?

Mitch984: Elphick has no woes! Both GEMD and ZIOC are pocket-money to him! Obviously, he will hope they end up being worth a lot more but I don't see him being under pressure but WTFDIK? Meanwhile, my paranoia sees ZIOC being sold for as little as possible which, at the same time, will see the new investors do really well a bit further down the line. Which squares with a 100p takeover offer if we're lucky! I'm 100% sure LTHs will not see true value when we are forced to exit but what can anyone do? "100p's enough to shut them up!" They may not be so generous! All my property hopes have hit the rocks!

Not long before OlivettiChamp sold half his holding I increased mine from 1m to 10m shares. Largely on the grounds I'm expecting a takeover offer from a company with plenty of small change down the back of their sofa. Any investor unhappy with ORR's current Management should realise they could be gone tomorrow (more or less). The takeover offer will be multiples of the current SP so Eileen will be happy and Rosser will regret not buying more shares!

I wonder where he'll end up next? No doubt, being in charge of ORR when it's subject to a takeover offer will look good on his CV! GLA! I think we'll be OK.

In theory, GEMD could find just one diamond worth more than the entire company yet Mr Market appears unimpressed as the SP has fallen 58% over the past year. "The Rock is the world's largest white diamond ever auctioned. It is a nearly colourless 228.31 carat pear-shaped diamond mined in South Africa c. 2000. The diamond is described as larger than a golf ball, and it was auctioned in 2022 for 21.9 million USD."

GEMD currently # 2 Top Faller after hitting a new 52 week low. "Further actions are being taken to reduce cash outflow at the corporate office, including temporary salary reductions for Board, Executives and management personnel. The Company is considering awarding shares in lieu of salary to partially compensate the Executives and management personnel for the reduction in cash remuneration and to further align the interests of key management with shareholders." You can't beat aligning management with shareholders!

Surprised there's been no comment here about ZEN's troubles. Hopefully there's no connection. But how much longer must we wait? At the same time, very pleased to see PRD rocketing.

Possibly, Feeks, possibly. I think someone sold 57,057 shares @ 6.15p which would appear to be the bottom. But where does that get us? The bottom might as well be 2p or 20p as regards the eventual outcome. What spooked me was the announcement that the project is worth $6bn more than first thought and the SP knee-jerked a 10% uplift but since then it's plunged. SIX BILLION DOLLARS! And the SP is now lower than before the announcement. ZIOC remains 49% of my PF in the faint hope there will be an honourable and highly profitable outcome for all LTHS. I don't trust the new top dogs and it appears Mr Market also takes a dim view or the SP would be far higher.

So what was the late reported trade of 130,166,667 shares @ 0.0182p? A buy or a sell?

Cekim - rest assured I haven't changed my view! ORR is now 33% of my PF but the SP performance is a worry! All I keep reading is "As soon as Lanstead are out..." but I suspect it won't be as simple as Lanstead exits SP rockets. Very pleased to see Eileen Carr buying more shares but why has Martin Rosser not followed her lead? And what about David Pelham - I own more shares than him and I'm not that far behind Martin Rosser. Small PIs like me put our faith in people like them to turn us into millionaires so it's very depressing when they are so reluctant to invest in their own companies! Eileen excepted - if it weren't for her I would not be invested in ORR. Other directors MUST buy far more shares if ORR isn't to be regarded as yet another lifestyle company.

After Lanstead are out the SP still can't get beyond 0.30p!

I have never invested in Bitcoin because I don't understand it but, hopefully, now completely by accident I'm invested in a company that does. We'll see.

If only shareholders would stop selling and give the the SP a chance to shine!
