Always happy to hear feedback, are you happy to divulge your source? Based on what is available in the public domain I feel that the Route Monkey acquisition is unlikely to be the main cause of the 'selling down' that we have seen this month. I assume extensive due diligence would have taken place to ensure accounts and intellectual property rights were water tight - for me I feel that this acquisition whilst earnings enhancing is largely about quick access to technology that will benefit and is sought by the current TrakM8 client base Some of the original institutional investors have made huge gains and with the uncertain direction of global markets it would not be unheard of for a fund to rebalance their portfolio which in our case might mean reducing exposure to AIM companies or those that have had a meteoric rise and banking some profits - rebalancing is standard practice but with our small float it creates huge swings Thoughts anyone...

All complete as far as I'm aware - if you look at the TrakM8 holdings investor page and at the significant shareholders you will see that the shares in issue has been amended to reflect new shares issued as a result of the placing

This company is somewhat different to the vast majority of co's on the AIM - it's not digging for gold or oil but simply and selectively acquiring digital media companies and based upon the track record, knowledge and influence of those on the board one would hope that they choose wisely - this is what you are buying into and given time I believe that Be Heard will grow significantly and anyone getting at these levels will be rewarded for their patience. Ups and downs ahead - it's just the way it is

investment for a fledgling AIM company but when you see who's on the board you can see why Expect some ups and downs as short term traders move in and out but this looks a good long term hold to me
