I agree with your summary and as per my last post I feel it's likely that Inflection are now finished. Have a look at their website, it seems they are all about rapid growth, they've made money here as they have been in since the IPO and would have actively traded their holding along the way. Maybe they've taken their cash to put into the 'next big thing' in the hope of a faster return - institutions all have different investment criteria and some don't like having cash in companies with negative EPS even though it's orchestrated as part of their growth strategy

250,000 shares traded at 135p - at the time the trade was executed the spread was 137/140p so it's likely to be a sell trade At the same time two other trades, again sells went through for 250,000 and 750,000 at 135p Maybe Inflection or whoever are almost done

34,000 shares at 269.19p is indeed a sale it indicates that the market is looking for shares for buyers Market makers do not typically hold much inventory so I assume they are confident of moving them on very quickly

You can mostly determine whether a trade is a buy or sell by looking at the spread at the time the transaction took place - in the case of the two 50,000 share trades 140p was on the Ask at the time I'm on my way out of the door at the mo so unfortunately no time to explain but there are guidelines which allow the mm's to delay disclosure of trades of certain sizes

Agree, although we clearly have a seller we also have a steady buyer picking up the slack I also agree that once the bulk of the sellers holding has gone then we should move steadily upwards

The crux of the matter as I see it is that the aggressive investment programme has unnerved some investors - the programme has been designed to accelerate revenue growth, however, market penetration requires extensive investment - it's a case of speculating to accumulate but the upshot is revenues will quickly increase but so will costs resulting in a loss and if all goes to plan which I believe it will a stonking return to profit in 2017 Fusionex are on a roll with the big data analytics land grab and the Dell partnership will help increase the pace and provide greater global awareness of GIANT The use of channel partners is standard practice There is obviously a seller who's remit doesn't include holding potential loss making entities from a risk prospective hence they are selling out, once they're done we should steadily move upwards as the free float is tight here
