Mickey, a company with a revenue pipeline already which can be expanded is still far more attractive. If you see there is demand from a country like Estonia with people flying in for treatment, then imagine being a big pharma with the facilities across UK, Italy, Germany, France... let alone the USA and Canada etc.
I think it's a stronger case to be bought then not, showing demand for a product is a strong buy signal IMO
JHFH - How would you be ramping? Surely it's a typical process, they either buy via a hostile share buy on open market, get a TR1 and make an offer, or approach the company directly, either way it goes to a vote given my understanding...
However given the amount of your shareholding, and a few other LTH... You have a significant influence on how people vote.
Genuinely interested in the process, and also if you would say yay or nay at say £250m / £500m etc.
