Losta, you cannot spend months posting chaos, and recently about tiny amounts of dilution from warrants and “sticky fingers”, then dismiss a 4% accumulation by the largest disclosed holder as irrelevant.

He has gone from roughly 6.7% to over 10%. That is not small or meaningless. Crossing 10% is a material threshold. It signals his conviction, scale of buying, and strategic intent. If the next TR1 lands at 15%, do you really think the market shrugs? Do you think LTH's shrug at that amount of influence on a stock, which is also likely, and is the aim, to be bought eventually?

For many investors, sustained accumulation, especially above 10% is a clear buying signal. Ignoring it while obsessing over minor dilution makes no sense.

If you genuinely want the SP to rise, you should want this discussed. If you do not, then be honest about that too and why... You create a chaos narrative which is bad for all shareholders. This is good news and we want more information to speculate on. E.g genuinely is he goes for 15%, it's great for the SP, but then LTH want to know what's his end goal?
