John - genuinely annoys me when people say that. The title of the RNS was ambiguous... so if the title was leaked, which I highly doubt, it was 50\50. I would put the retail buying down to 1st patient 1 year survival expectation.

It is illegal if:

A pharma company has instructed him to accumulate stock

There is a pre arranged takeover plan

The market is not told

He is effectively a nominee or acting in concert

Well, if the 2.5m was him, it's very good news. As that means 'sticky fingers' as he has to release a TR1 when he increases or decreases his holdings. There will be no speculation if he was to sell, we would see it. So the dilution will hardly affect the share price, and if the liquidity stays the same, e.g volume of shares bought/sold, and if he keeps buying, even marginally given the depth of his pockets, then it will keep rising the SP like we've seen 6 weeks.

Do you know that for fact? If so, do you know how much of the 2.5m was him? Do you know how much of the company he wants? He is over 10% so to me that seems like accumulation and not a specific figure e.g 10%.

He moved from about 6.75% to 10.29% in roughly 8 weeks of threshold dates, 18 Dec 2025 to 13 Feb 2026.

Given the liquidity level, that's a majority of all buys.

We've got to assume given that is a very large increase that this will be increasing. He is over 10% now, wondering what his target will be, 15-20%?

It makes zero sense for anyone holding warrants to let them expire if they’re in the money. They were already priced in at the time of the previous RNS. Please stop attacking the people who actually put capital into the company in the first place. Long term holders who participated are entirely within their rights to convert. If you’re telling them not to, you’re being hypocritical, because every single one of you would do exactly the same in their position.

I qualify as a HNW investor and would be interested in the option to participate in any future placing, if one were required, although I have not done so previously.

Does anyone know which broker the company is currently using for placings, and what the typical minimum allocation has been in recent rounds, £25k, £50k, or higher? Appreciate they may not need one if a JV materialises, but useful to understand the process either way.

For those who have participated before, are you able to share anything about the investor presentation or placing call, specifically around capital runway / burnrate change from made transfer to restarting dosing, strategic direction given recent announcement in continuing CBR etc, and management’s confidence at the next designated dosing level and the risk variables? I understand questions and a presentation are standard prior to committing the capital. Happy for anyone to DM if preferred and that they would only be sharing their opinion on seeing it, and I am not asking for confidential data etc, as know that couldn't be shared anyway. More looking for the viewpoint you came away with.

I also appreciate management likely receives a high volume of emails and that engagement typically runs through the broker rather than directly. Unfortunately mine have so far, went unanswered.

Simply trying to understand how the process works for future reference and have a chance to pose questions and get an idea from the investors of their takeaways from those meetings.

Losta, there seems to have been a few people who partook in todays placing posting today. Ask them when it was finalised and if at a discount? I have no clue, but there are people on THIS forum that do. Maybe ask before making assumptions given 100% increase in share price in effectively 2-3 weeks means it's definitely not a certainty.

The strongest data is always at the intended commercial dose. If that dose is safe and shows efficacy, that is the point at which JVs and buy ins usually happen, and fast.

Big Pharma are not saviours. They are predatory. They move early to block competitors or late when they believe they can dictate terms. They do not overpay out of goodwill.

A JV was possible earlier because HEMO needed funding, but it would not have been competitive. Without efficacy at the long term prescribing dose, leverage is weak. Data from patients 4, 5, and 6 changes that equation entirely.

We also do not know what conversations Vlad may already have had with Big Pharma, or whether early terms were simply not acceptable. That information is not public. He has made it clear his ambitions for years and billions before. He doesn't want a quick win, he is smart, and will sell for the right money at the right time.

Paediatrics is now a major positive. US grant funding has reopened after being shut down under Trump. HEMO is one of the very few companies in Car-T space with paediatrics approved that has not yet benefited from that funding. That is a structural opportunity for a rerate

So say this again after we have efficacy data at the assigned, long term dose. Realistically, you will not get the chance to.

The raise completed today funds a minimum of six months, and with the warrants exercised, closer to a full year, during which multiple RNS updates are expected if the data continues to land positively. Patient 1 survival of a year on 24th of Feb. Estonia. Patient 4. Peadatric 1. Loads more possible updates on other products within their portfolio.

If efficacy fails, yes, it becomes a fire sale... But is that likely? Given the fact that paediatrics was opened after cohort one data strongly suggests that outcome is extremely unlikely.

May have missed bits so others can fill in the knowledge gaps but your de-ramping shows a lack of biotech JV knowledge.

Back upto £10+ I think by end of today. I have deep pockets friends who are buying in today as dilution was only 6%, they see it as great value.

A JV was never more than a ~30% outcome at this stage. A placement was always closer to 50%. This phase of the trial is about efficacy and safety at the intended dose. That is exactly what big pharma cares about. The value is in the data, not speculation.

This is the most important point in the last six years of Hemo. People have obsessed over a JV, but that would have been premature. We are now approaching the moment where meaningful efficacy data exists. That is when serious players step in.

If patients 4, 5, and 6 show efficacy, this won’t drag into months of negotiations. With that data, big pharma moves fast. They are predatory. They will buy in or move to acquire as soon as possible.

Is we get an RNS that P1 is alive and well... The smart money WILL position itself as the efficacy is the only thing anyone in this industry cares about. Watch this space with enthusiasm!

Bearded, it will rally now. The only thing the negative posters had was funding. Now they literally have nothing in the short, medium or long term about. It's a solid raise which likely will lead to a JV once we have 6 patients of data. This phase shows efficacy, if it does, it will be ridiculously good for all of us.

Now we know the next lot of RNS will come... Made, 1st patient 1 year survival, 4th patient, 1st pediatric patient, possible Estonia... Now it is a guaranteed rocketship as long as the results hold out, and what has Vlad always been great at? The science. In Vlad we trust

If we end the day at over £50m market cap, that's a win in the right direction and would be the first time in a few months. Then £100m is in sight for next month.

Check out the trades, far more buys then sells, volume on buys is much higher. Extremely odd to see such a drop

The £5.6m reference doesn’t create a hard RNS deadline just because the date passes, and MAR is triggered by the existence of precise, non-public, price-sensitive information, e.g they sign the deal. So they could be silent if negotiations are still ongoing. My bad
